[accordion title=”What-is-Infrared-Sauna-Therapy?”]
Infrared light is the invisible part of the sun’s spectrum. It is completely safe and healthy and although infrared light is a naturally occurring wavelength of the sun, it does not contain the harmful UV rays associated with unprotected sunlight. In fact, one can be exposed for hours without the risk of burning and it is so safe, hospitals use infrared to warm newborn infants.

[accordion title=”What-is-the-difference-between-Infrared-Saunas-vs.-Traditional-Saunas?”]
Infrared heat is a very soothing and gentle heat. Unlike traditional saunas which operate in excess of 180⁰ F making the experience unbearably hot and claustrophobic, infrared saunas have the benefit of being effective at a more comfortable operating temperature of between 120-150⁰ F.
Traditional saunas only heat the air in the cabin whereas Infrared saunas penetrate deep into your cells giving you a deep detoxifying sweat. Because infrared heat penetrates deep into tissues versus just the surface of skin, Infrared saunas are seven times more effective than traditional saunas for detoxifying the body. By raising the body’s core temperature, Infrared saunas can produce a sweat composed of 20% toxins compared to 3% with a traditional sauna.

[accordion title=”How-often-should-I-visit-The-Sauna-Studio?”]
The frequency will depend upon your own individual health and wellness goals. We recommend at least 2 to 3 times a week. For more aggressive results, 4 to 5 times a week is recommended. We also suggest visiting the sauna immediately following your workout to see the best weight loss and recovery results.

[accordion title=”What-if-I-don’t-sweat-a-lot?”]
People sweat at all different levels. For some it takes a few sessions to open up the pores and start the detoxifying process. The more water you drink before, during and after your session the better hydrated you are the more you will sweat. You can also try our clinically proven sweat enhancer “Pure sweat” cream to boost sweating and aid in the detoxifying and fat burning process.
